This jewelry collection is inspired by the Sumatran elephant, Indonesia's largest mammal, whose population is declining and has become a highly endangered species.
In Indian beliefs, the elephant symbolizes strength, wisdom, and compassion. We then implemented this elephant symbol into jewelry using buffalo horn carved by skilled artisans from Tampaksiring Village, which is then wrapped in silver adorned with Balinese carving motifs by silver craftsmen from Celuk Village, making this Sumatran elephant collection a harmonious and fitting combination of horn carving art and silver carving art.
